Are you one of those people who enjoy brightening every one else day? Do you get satisfaction from seeing other people laugh and smile?
If you sincerely answered yes to the last two questions, then the following hobby is for you. Creating balloon animals is a relatively easy skill to learn, the supplies are pretty inexpensive, and the reward (financial and emotional) can be great.
To start off your new hobby you’ll need 260E pencil balloons, a balloon pump and a book on twisting balloons. You can find these items at toy stores, magic/novelty shops and of course on-line.
Once you have supplies, some practice is definitely in order, but with some effort you’ll be twisting masterpieces in no time. After you’ve learned the basic figures, go out and volunteer. Go to your local Nursing home, children’s shelter, church or other non-profit organization; help them raise funds, put a smile on people’s faces and learn more about other people and balloon twisting.
Whether you choose to twist balloon for fun or profit, this is one hobby that puts a smile on virtually everyone’s face, including yours
